As a privately-owned dental practice, we don’t focus on serving as many people as possible. Instead, you’ll enjoy an unhurried patient experience focused on getting to know you. We ask questions and we listen closely. No hurry. No fuss. Your first visit is our first opportunity to lay the foundation for a long-term relationship.
Please bring a few things along for your first visit.
When you arrive, our front desk team will greet you, help finalize any remaining forms or paperwork, and make sure you feel comfortable before your appointment begins. We’re here to make your first visit easy, smooth, and stress-free.
You’ll meet with a doctor for a full, unrushed one-hour visit. They will examine all aspects of your oral health including TMJ function, an oral cancer screening, gum health, and your bite. We use advanced technology to ensure accuracy, comfort, and a clear understanding of your overall needs.
After your exam, you’ll meet with one of our skilled hygienists for a gentle, thorough cleaning. They’ll take the time to make you comfortable, answer questions, and help you understand how to best care for your smile at home.
Your first visit is designed to set you up for a long-term, trusted relationship with our team. We want you to leave feeling informed, confident, and genuinely cared for - ready to face the rest of your day with a healthy, happy smile.
Dr. Crystal Allen and her staff are excellent. She shows such compassion and attention to detail.

We believe in dental care without restrictions. That means we treat you based on your personal needs - not the limitations of an insurance plan. We welcome patients with or without dental insurance, and if you do have benefits, we’re happy to file claims on your behalf. Please note that full payment is required at the time of service.
If you have questions about your coverage or how your benefits work in our office, our Insurance Specialist is here to help. For larger treatment plans, we also offer in-office financing options, which can be discussed during your appointment.

At Myers Park Dental Partners, our goal is to provide exceptional dental care in a professional, transparent, and comfortable environment. To help ensure a smooth experience for both our patients and our team, we ask that patients review and understand the following financial policies.
When is payment expected?
The patient portion of payment is due at the time services are provided, unless previous arrangements have been made.
When will I receive a statement?
Statements are sent approximately 2 weeks after a balance becomes due.
Do you accept dental insurance?
We work with many dental insurance plans and are happy to submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy.
What do I need to provide before my appointment?
Please provide current and accurate dental insurance information 3 business days prior to your appointment so we can help estimate your benefits.
Is insurance payment guaranteed?
No. Dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance provider. While we do our best to help estimate coverage, insurance benefits are not a guarantee of payment.
What payment is due at the time of treatment?
Your estimated patient portion is due at the time of service.
What happens if my insurance pays less than expected?
Once your insurance company processes the claim, any remaining balance becomes the patient’s responsibility and is due upon notice. A statement will be sent within approximately 2 weeks if a balance remains.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept:
Do you accept 3rd party financing such as CareCredit?
No, we do not currently participate with any third party financing companies.
Do you offer payment arrangements?
In select cases, we may offer in-house financing for treatment plans above a minimum dollar amount. All financial arrangements must be approved and finalized prior to treatment beginning.
Do you offer discounts for prepayment?
No, we do not offer prepayment discounts.
When are late fees applied?
Late fees may begin accruing on balances that remain unpaid after 90 days.
When are accounts sent to collections?
Accounts with unresolved balances may be turned over to collections after 6 months.
We understand that financial arrangements can sometimes feel overwhelming, and our team is always happy to help answer questions before treatment begins. Our goal is to make the process as clear and comfortable as possible while helping you receive the care you need.
